Overload sensor with Audio-Visual Indication

In the event of an overload on the lift, an emergency alarm system activates, providing a car audio-visual indication. The doors remain open until the overload sensor detects that the excess load has been removed, ensuring safety during operation of the VVVF drive lift control.

Innovative Door Sills

The Lift car is now complemented by matching stainless steel and aluminum bottom sills. These groove-less bottom sills not only enhance the aesthetic appearance of the elevator but also prevent dust accumulation that could obstruct the door, ensuring trouble-free operation. Additionally, features like the emergency alarm system and overload sensor contribute to safety, while the VVVF drive lift control ensures smooth movement of the trolley and structures.

Car Emergency Light and Fan

The emergency light, part of the emergency alarm system, is always illuminated under normal conditions and switches automatically to battery backup in the event of a power failure, as shown in the picture. Additionally, the fan operates for a minimum of 2 minutes after a power failure, ensuring proper functionality, similar to how an overload sensor and VVVF drive lift control work to provide reliable performance.

Emergency alarm and 'Push to talk'

In case of any emergency or power failure, assistance can be obtained by activating the emergency alarm system or by communicating at the lobby through the system, which is battery-operated and self-charging. This system is equipped with an overload sensor and works seamlessly with VVVF drive lift control, as shown in the picture.

Emergency Rescue Button Car Emergency Light and Fan

The emergency alarm system ensures that the emergency light is always illuminated under normal conditions and automatically switches to battery backup in the event of a power failure, as shown in the picture. Additionally, the fan operates for a minimum of 2 minutes after power failure. In case of a power outage, a trapped person in the lift car can rescue themselves by pressing the emergency rescue button located on the car panel, while the overload sensor ensures safety during operation. The VVVF drive lift control enhances the overall performance of the lift system.

Safety in case if Over Travel

When the elevator car moves beyond the limits of the top and bottom terminal floors, the three phase electric power is disconnected from the control panel and motor. This triggers the emergency alarm system and activates the overload sensor, leading to the immediate application of the brake to bring the elevator to a halt, ensuring safety through the VVVF drive lift control.

Safety in case of Rope Breakage

In the incident of rope breakage, the elevator speed can exceed the rated speed in the downward direction due to gravitational acceleration. In such cases, the emergency alarm system activates, and the overload sensor triggers the over speed governor, which then engages the clutch mechanism. This action switches off the main control and jamming the elevator car safety on the guide rails, ensuring passenger safety while utilizing the VVVF drive lift control.

Polyurethane polymer blocks are long-lasting and weather-resistant, making them the most reliable choice for all operating conditions. They provide maximum safety, especially in the event of a car elevator buffering, which is further enhanced by an emergency alarm system, overload sensor, and VVVF drive lift control.

Car Fan Automatic Sleep

The car fan automatically stops when there are no registered floor calls, which not only saves power but also enhances its life. This feature works effectively with the emergency alarm system, ensuring safety, while the overload sensor and VVVF drive lift control contribute to optimal performance.

Voice Annunciator with Music

This system provides detailed information to passengers regarding the next floor, direction of movement, door opening/closing, scheduled operations, and other relevant details based on the building's needs. It features a natural electronic voice synthesizer and is integrated with an emergency alarm system, ensuring safety during operation. Additionally, the system utilizes an overload sensor and a VVVF drive lift control for optimal performance.

VVVF Drive LCP

The PLC-based controller V3F (Variable Voltage, Variable Frequency) features a VVVF drive lift control with a vector-controlled drive and an encoder closed-loop system. This advanced system ensures the highest degree of smoothness in elevator car movement, with precise leveling. Additionally, it includes an emergency alarm system and an overload sensor for enhanced safety. The frequency of power conservation is significantly high, leading to an overall power saving of around 40% during normal operating conditions.

Self-diagnostic system

The built-in computer control system incorporates an emergency alarm system and an overload sensor, allowing for self-diagnosis of various operational and safety parameters to enhance the overall reliability and safety of lift operation, especially with the VVVF drive lift control.
